Built for DPR agency projects

The challenge

To check a campaign, someone had to open the dashboard, filter and post a screenshot in the chat. Every single time.

What I built

An assistant that lives where the team already talks. Her name comes from the Antikythera mechanism, considered the first computer in history: bronze gears that calculated the movement of the stars. Kytha does the same with the agency's data.

Highlights

  • →Today: answers sales and performance questions right in the Slack thread, in seconds
  • →Today: each channel already knows which client it's about
  • →Today: alerts the team on her own when an automation fails
  • →Future: AI generating reports, campaign analysis and insights on demand
  • →Future: real conversation, with numbers always coming from the database, never made up
Today Kytha is a bot: she understands the request and replies with templates. Next, AI gets integrated so she can generate reports, analyze campaigns and surface insights. Numbers still come from the database; the AI interprets and writes.

How it works

A question in Slack
  1. 1@Kytha

    someone asks in the channel

  2. 2n8n

understands the request: what, whose, which period

  3. 3Supabase

fetches numbers from the performance panel

  4. 4Resposta

replies in the same thread, and everything is logged
