Clinical app for physiotherapy and pilates

A clinical system where logging patient progress takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes, during the session. Progress notes are about selecting, not typing.

The challenge

Physiotherapists spent too much time filling in software, and paperwork was stealing time from patients.

What I built

An app built around the clinic's rhythm: progress notes are made by tapping options, not writing essays. Three audiences (management, physiotherapists and patients), each seeing only what they need, with health data protected per clinic and role.

Highlights

  • →Schedule with the patient record opening on top, no page switching
  • →Focus-mode progress notes with autosave
  • →Step-by-step assessment with pain scale
  • →Finance: payments, overdue and cash flow
  • →Patient portal, activated via WhatsApp
